What we look for
We buy industrial yards and land for our own account. Day to day, many of the owners we speak with want to keep operating at the same address. A sale-leaseback can make that possible: we purchase the property and lease it back, so the business stays in place and the equity in the real estate becomes cash.
We are also open to an outright purchase with no lease, or to a shorter leaseback. There is no timeline on our end.
