If you received a letter, we used public county records to write to the owner of record about that property.
A private page is only for the person we wrote to. Search engines are asked not to list those pages.
If you want no further letters or contact from us, email nburke@tidewaysgroup.com with the property address and the words “please do not contact me.” We will take you off the list.
We do not sell owner information, and we do not send texts.
